TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THERAPEVO MEDICAL SOLUTIONS
Therapevo Medical Solutions ensures your private details are received and treated in the strictest confidence and as such they will never be seen by or distributed to any third parties.

COST ESTIMATES:
Cost estimates quoted in Euros (and easily converted into your particular currency) will be produced by Therapevo Medical Solutions for every facet of your stay with us - including surgery, recuperation, flights and all other options.

Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Certain terms and Conditions apply.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS:
All bookings confirmed and not utilised are subject to cancellation fees.

PAYMENT TERMS:
A non-refundable administration fee will be charged as a deposit to secure your booking. Once you have been invoiced, this deposit is to be paid into Therapevo Medical Solutions' bank account, as indicated on the invoice, via bank transfer. The deposit will be deducted from the full amount.

On final acceptance of the booking the balance is payable directly to Therapevo Medical Solutions two weeks prior to arriving for your procedure.

If for any reason you and/or your surgeon decide not to proceed with your surgery at the pre-operative consultation the entire fee for your surgical procedure will be refunded to you less the non-refundable Administration Fee.

Any extras you may incur during your hotel stay(s) will be for your account and due for payment on departure.

Payment can be made via valid Credit Card or Travellers Cheque.

SURGERY RISKS:
As with everything else in life there are also risks involved in surgical procedures. No matter how good the Surgeon performing the Surgery may be, complications can arise. Therefore before proceeding with any surgery of any kind please discuss all your concerns with your surgeon and ask as many questions as you like so that you are in a position to make an informed decision.

INITIAL QUOTE FOR YOUR PROCEDURE:
The initial quote will be based on your choice of procedure(s).

CHOOSING YOUR SURGEON:
Once you have completed and returned the Therapevo Medical Solutions' Request Quote form to us, which includes your medical history, Therapevo Medical Solutions will revert with a recommended surgeon most suited to you plus his or her CV (Curriculum Vitae). Only upon acceptance of the surgeon by you will arrangements progress further.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR SURGEON:
Once you have accepted the recommended surgeon,Therapevo Medical Solutions will set up a teleconference between the two of you. Therapevo Medical Solutions would like to stress that recommendations are not binding and that acceptance of the surgeon is entirely your choice. At the time of your first teleconference your surgeon will be in possession of your medical history and your desires and aspirations for the outcome of your surgery. (If you have supplied contact details for your GP, your surgeon would also have discussed your medical history with your GP prior to the teleconference). Therefore your surgeon will be well equipped to discuss his recommended method of procedure and your desires and aspirations for the outcome. You will also be urged to ask as many questions as you like concerning the procedure.

SECONDARY QUOTE (IF NECESSARY) FOR YOUR PROCEDURE:
Once your surgeon has personally evaluated your particular case, in consultation with you, adjustments may be made to the quote. Rest assured however that adjustments shall only be made in your best interests.

MAKING SURE THAT YOU MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION:
Between your first teleconference and your intended arrival and scheduled surgical procedure, Therapevo Medical Solutions urge you to continue asking any questions of your surgeon that may come to mind. These questions can be directed to your surgeon via email or telephonically as part of the service.

Make sure that you and your surgeon are fully in agreement as regards the intended outcome of your surgery.

Discuss alternative methods of surgery with your surgeon to satisfy yourself that what is being proposed is best for you.

Discuss alternative treatments and satisfy yourself that you are fully aware of what to expect from your chosen procedure.

Neither you nor your surgeon are under any obligation to proceed with the intended surgery until a final mutual decision is taken at your post-operative consultation.

Therapevo Medical Solutions reminds you that there are risks and uncertainties associated with surgery and that cosmetic surgery is no exception. Therefore there are no guarantees that your procedure will not result in personal disappointment.

If any dispute may arise the surgeon may only be liable if litigation takes place in Greece, under Greek Law. Therapevo Medical Solutions, its management or staff are not liable in any way whatsoever.

Any medical or surgical advice provided by any representative of Therapevo Medical Solutions and/or by way of Therapevo Medical Solutions' web site and service, even if intended to be accurate to the best of our knowledge, should be validated by your Surgeon.

Always seek advice from your Surgeon before taking any treatment, medication or undergoing any therapy.

COST IMPLICATIONS PRIOR TO SURGERY:
In the unlikely event that during your pre-operative consultation your surgeon is of the opinion that additional precautions or adjustments need to be made regarding your procedure, a final cost adjustment over and above what you have already paid may arise. If this is the case the additional amount will be paid directly to the surgeon following the pre-operative consultation. Once again Therapevo Medical Solutions must stress that any additional recommendations that may result in additional costs at any time before, during and after your procedure will be entirely in your best interests.

The cost of your surgical procedure will include:

The cost is all-inclusive whilst in the country of your choice for an elective procedure: The surgeon, specialist anaesthetist, private clinic/hospital stay for the required procedure (including 24 hour nursing), all theatre charges, medication, pre and postoperative consultations and non-refundable administration fee, for the selected procedures.

Your medical evaluations, Email Correspondence and Telephonic Consultations, Pre and Post Operative Instructions for your selected procedures, Itinerary for Pre and Post Operative consultations

The cost of your surgical procedure will exclude:

. Any additional medical expenses incurred in the interests of your health and due to unforeseen complications. Clarification of the aforementioned can be obtained from your surgeon.

. Any additional procedures not quoted for.

. Insurance.
